Play In Gross Motor Room With Vehicles Or Playroom With Activity Centers.
9:00 Clean Up And Go To Classrooms.
Children And Teachers Wash Hands Then Greet Each Other When Entering.
9:15 Morning Meeting.
Holiday And Judaic Themes Are Discussed And New Work Is Introduced.
9:30-11:30 Work Period.
Montessori Students Are Guided By Teachers To Choose Work They Are Familiar With And Are Offered Small Group Lessons According To Their Interests And Experience.
Mini Room Students Are Guided Through Making Choices And Tidying Up. Teachers Assist With Bathroom And Diapering As Needed.
10:30 Mini Room Snack.
Teachers Serve Snack To Toddlers As A Group. Montessori Students Enjoy Snack At A Table Seating Two Children Throughout The Morning.
11:30 Closing Circle.
11:40 Outdoor Play, Weather Permitting.
Children Bring Their Things To The Playground For Outdoor Dismissal At 12:00.
